RESTORATION
FROM POROUS TO SYNTHETIC RESIN
- Duration of the project: 15 days
- Opening to allow heavy machinery to enter, followed by closure
- Extend, if necessary, the perimeter curb to accommodate the new sub-bases.
- Chipping away and removing the rubber joints within a 30-centimeter radius of them.
- Chisel away the existing bases of the net posts and the center clip, and form new bases at the specified level.
- Spreading and compacting layers of natural gravel to an average depth of 20 cm, with a 1% slope on one side.
- Paving and compaction of two layers of hot asphalt (types G-12 and D-8) totaling 7 cm, including the corresponding primer coats.
- Check for slopes and water retention before applying the resin.
Restoration of
porous surfaces with Tenisfast Free®
(POROUS, JOINT-FREE ASPHALT)
- Duration of the project: 10 days
- Chiseling and removal of the existing expansion joints.
- Filling of these joints and application of our proprietary tennisfast free system to eliminate them.
- Apply a coat of asphalt-based primer before laying the Tenisfast Free.
Restoration of
REINGREEN® CONCRETE
(SYNTHETIC FIBER)
- Duration of the project: 5 days
- Repair of the foundation using mineral-based mortars
- Checking for slopes and water retention areas before installing the new pavement.
RESTORATION
FROM CONCRETE TO SYNTHETIC RESIN
- Duration of the project: 5 days
- Mechanical milling of the entire surface until a rough, suitable base is achieved for the application of the bonding layer, which is essential and necessary before applying the resin.
- Repair of irregularities, cracks, fissures, puddles, etc.
- Repair of expansion joints.
- Check for slopes and water retention before installing any components.
- Application of a special mortar to serve as a bonding layer between the existing subfloor and the resin.
Restoration
From fronton to padel
- Duration of the project: 10 days
- Removal of the current single-twist fence.
- Wall restoration.
- Repair and drainage of the existing pavement.
- Supply and installation of the electro-welded enclosure in accordance with padel regulations.
- General painting of walls and, if applicable, marking of playing areas.
- Installation of artificial turf and marking of the padel court.
Exchange Lawn
- Duration of the project: 2–3 days
- Removal of the existing turf and transport to a licensed landfill
- Sanitation and drainage of the resulting foundation.
- Checking levels before installing the turf.
- Aggregate after 100 hours of gameplay on the artificial turf
Lawn Restoration
- Dry cleaning, dethatching, and raking of the lawn using an SMG TS2 machine.
- Removal of Contaminated Silica

- Duration of the project: 20 days
- Raise the perimeter curb if necessary.
- Chiseling and removal of the existing joints.
- Chisel away the existing bases of the net posts and the center clip, and create new bases at the specified level.
- Spreading a thin layer of gravel to serve as a separator between the two pavement layers.
Restoration
From Porous to Reingreen®
(SYNTHETIC FIBER)
- Duration of the project: 5 days
- Repair the existing foundation until a level surface is achieved.
- Drainage of the existing floor slab by drilling holes with a 10-mm drill bit at a rate of 8 holes per square meter.
- Reinforce with quick-setting mortar in the areas where the fiberglass joints are glued together.
Restoration
REINGREEN® RESIN
(SYNTHETIC FIBER)
- Duration of the project: 7 days
- Repair of the existing foundation.
- Drainage using mechanical means across the entire surface.
- Check for slopes and water retention areas before installing the new pavement.
