Description
A cold-paved porous asphalt court, where the former owner once attempted—due to its deterioration—to add clay (brick dust) to extend its useful life.
Features
We had a surface that was badly deteriorated due to the passage of time, compounded by the brick dust that had accumulated in recent years and the roots that had invaded the court
The project consisted of
- Extraction of more than 5,000 kg of brick dust
- Cleaning up the roots on the track and leveling those areas
- Application of a special sealant to ensure the new surface adheres perfectly
- Installation of new tennis net posts with their mounting bases and an approved tennis net
- General drainage of the foundation
- Installation and marking of the new two-color REINGREEN pavement
