Description

After the pool is built, decorative turf will be installed in the rest of the area, on the pool deck.

Ornamental grass in the pool and barbecue area at the back of the house.

The project consisted of

  • Once the pool rim has been installed, the topsoil is removed

  • The perimeter is reinforced with grus mixed with lime to give it some strength without compromising its water filtration properties.

  • Installation of an anti-vegetation membrane prior to laying the final turf, to prevent weeds from invading the area

    A 40-mm-thick turf was chosen, featuring two types of polyethylene fibers (straight and curly) in two colors (red and earth tones) in various shades.

    Both the delivery of new materials and the removal of topsoil were carried out using bags loaded by a boom truck
